Introduction
These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the relationship between Stanton Motorsports ("we", "our", "us") and any person or entity ("you", "your", "customer") who uses our services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: To book an appointment, you must provide your full name, email address, telephone number, and details about your car. This information is used to manage your booking and prepare for your appointment.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
- Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made via [accepted payment methods].
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, to enable us to re-schedule an appointment. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.
Service Terms
- Service Description: We provide tuning services for classic sports and track cars. Details of the services and prices are available on our website and may be subject to change without notice.
- Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that your car is in suitable condition for the services booked. Any existing issues with the vehicle must be disclosed to our staff prior to the appointment.
- Liability: We will take all reasonable care while providing our services. However, we are not liable for any damage to your vehicle that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed to us.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.
